Trust us, we're just as excited for you to get your goodies as you are! To help keep shipping costs down and to get your order to you as soon as possible, we offer First Class Shipping through USPS. Once we have prepared and nestled your order into your package with care, you can expect to receive your happy mail within 3-5 business days.
We will do our very best to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Please take this processing time in account when ordering.
Returns or Damaged Items
To help ensure the safety of your order, we package all our accessories in adorable little boxes and padded, waterproof, bubble mailers to keep them tucked in and protected. But we get it, sometimes 'ship' happens. The last thing we want is for you to open your order to discover you it was damaged in shipping!
If for whatever reason this happens, contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and we will send you a replacement of any damaged goods. In order to receive a replacement, include a picture of your damaged item(s), your order number, and shipping address in your email. If approved, we will ship you a replacement at no cost as soon as possible. To receive a replacement, you will not need to return any damaged goods, we'll cover the full cost of the product(s) and shipping to replace your items.
